What you dream, I dream.

“饭圈”的形成，是时代、技术和产业发展的共同作用。这也就意味着，不能“一竹竿打翻一船人”。

The formation of "Fandom culture" is the combined result of the times, technology, and industrial development. This means we should avoid tarring everyone with a single brush.

见贤思齐焉。追星行为由来已久。心理学家认为，通过追星确立价值认同，在偶像身上发现并追逐“理想的自我”，这种心理投射的现象，是成为粉丝、加入“饭圈”的源动力。“与偶像一起变得更好”，由此而来的“饭圈文化”，的确也能起到互相影响、彼此塑造、共同成长的积极作用。

When you see someone virtuous, think about how to become like them. “Star chasing” has a long history. Psychologists believe that it helps fans discover and pursue the ideal version of themselves. This psychological projection is the driving force behind the fandom culture. The fan culture that comes from the mindset of “growing together with our idols”, can indeed foster positive effects

爱使人疯狂。这样的按语，正契合一些畸形“饭圈”的野蛮生长。一开始是“我们家好”，后来变成了“只有我们家好”，再后来演变成“别人家都坏”。于是“脑残粉”、“毒唯粉”随之而来，对别的“爱豆”搞阴谋论、泼脏水，对不同的声音围攻、举报。

Love makes one crazy. Such an adage aptly captures the rampant growth of distorted "fandom." It starts with "our idol is great," then escalates into "only our idol is great", and it eventually devolves into "all other idols are bad." This gave rise to mindless fans and obsessive fans, who satirize and slander other idols, while mobbing and mass-reporting anyone who dares to disagree.

丧失理性继而狂热，“饭圈”乱象拉低了底线，荼毒了三观，也侵害了行业生态、平台生态和社会生态。

As rationality gives way to fanaticism, these toxic fan behaviors have eroded the baseline and values, and harmed the industry, platforms, and society at large. The world of sports is no stranger to such passionate devotion, where fan culture takes on its own unique characteristics.

把水搅“浑”，才能顺手“摸鱼”。背后的推手，心知肚明，推波助澜。由此不难理解，炮制选手之间的“爱恨情仇”，鼓吹比赛技战术的“阴谋论”，编造冠军家人的“糗事”……营销号刻意制造话题、博取无良流量，而利益链条上的人自然乐见其成，粉丝情绪被挑动起来，利益就能实现最大化。

Muddying the waters makes it easier to catch fish. The culprits behind know this all too well, deliberately adding fuel to the fire for their own gain. The hidden manipulators intentionally add fuel to the fire. This explains why certain marketing accounts create sensational topics for clicks by fabricating stories about contestants' relationships, competition strategies, and embarrassing tales about champions' families. Others along the profit chain happily watch it unfolds because their profits can be maximized by stirring up fans’ emotions.

纵然“以爱为名”，也绝非无底线。公序良俗，不容挑战。常识常理，必须守护。

畸形的“饭圈”，非治不可、非管不行！

Fans must restrain their behaviors, and follow public order, customs, and norms, even "in the name of love". Basic principles and common sense must be protected at all costs.

公安机关依法对巴黎奥运会乒乓球女单决赛后“恶意编造信息、公然诋毁他人，造成恶劣社会影响”的一名犯罪嫌疑人予以刑拘。

After the women's singles table tennis final at the Paris Olympics, the Public Security Bureau detained a suspect for “ maliciously fabricating information and publicly defaming others, causing severe social harm.”

网信部门多次开展“清朗·‘饭圈’乱象整治”专项行动，清理负面有害信息，处置违规账号，关闭问题群组。

The Cyberspace Administration of China has launched multiple rounds of special “Clear and Bright” campaign to rectify fandom chaos, by removing harmful content, suspending or penalizing accounts that violate regulations, and shutting down problematic chat groups.

国家体育总局表示，要把坚决抵制畸形“饭圈文化”的意识和要求，融入运动员选拔、培养、输送、安置的全过程，融入体育赛事活动组织、服务、监管的全过程。

As the General Administration of Sport of China stated, the awareness and requirements to firmly resist distorted "fan culture" should be integrated into all phases of sporting event management, including athlete selection, training, transfer, and placement, as well as the organization, service, and supervision of sports events.

针对“饭圈”恶意揣测、拉踩引战、炒作绯闻等违规内容，包括抖音、快手、微博、今日头条在内的多个平台发布治理公告，清理不良内容，对违规账号予以阶段禁言至永久禁言处置。

Major social media platforms – including Douyin, Kuaishou, and Sina Weibo have announced regulatory measures in response to fan cultural violations. They are removing problematic content and implementing punishments from temporary muting to permanent account bans.

齐心协力，重拳出击。谣言未必能止于智者，但必须止于法律。

While rumors may not always be stopped by the wise, they must be stopped by law.
